    Hopefully some better pics attached. Yes it looks like the red one is lever operated; I moved the top and it seems to have a spring in it to return it to the top. I'm sure I have the lever somewhere!

    Hi, cleaning out my dad's shop amd came across these 2 tools. Can anyone tell me what they are? They both have the same sticker on them recommending eye protection. One of them is labeled "tiger". Thanks for any help!
