That's what I thought too, I bought a couple off of him but this one was by itself and has no way of mounting anything or parts. I was thinking maybe I could use it for something else, but wanted to see if there was something I didn't know.

The previous owner passed and his son had no idea, He was in the Army Core of Engineers and had a lot of stuff that was kind of specialty. This doesn't make much sense, it pumps and extends but has a funky splined handle mating point and no base plate also can't figure out how you would mount it...

This is how I see it being wired. I am not sure if this is correct but I sent it over to my electrician to see what his thoughts are.

Currently I have 100a feed, I plan to go 200 with 100 in the sub and get the big one wired up. In the meantime I’m going to wire up the small one. Thanks Bert

I pulled spring chunks out, and decided to not run it until I can be sure there aren't more in there. but the ends are there, just not the springs.

This is the Champion, it’s a 74 R15 from what I’ve been able to find on it. The motor they had it paired with is a turd, 3450 hobo fright 3hp. But it’s on an 80 gallon tank which if it checks out will be nice to have an 80 for regular stuff and the 120 plumbed in to be able to run hungry stuff...

I’m not sure what type of oil pump the 210 has but this one has a vein style pump and the springs bit the dust and traveled to who knows where… ugh. If you have one similar I’d gladly take it off your hands and throw you a few bucks.
