    Thank you for the reply, It's currently -45(-49 F) here right now, so my concern was how cold it gets and the BTU. I feel a lot more confident now that I won't have any issues with my current heater.

    Thank you for the reply. The walls are as followed: 2x6 Stud @ 24 O.C with R-22 Batt. Dry walled with vapour barrier. Ceiling= 2x10 Joists @ 24 O.C with R-32 Batt. Drywalled with vapour barrier. The bonus room above is fully finished and heated. Majority of the time I would say any where...
