    more accurate how? a fluke digital meter can be to the 1 hundredth of a volt, ohm, or amp. an analog gets you in the ballpark. some still like playing records, doesn't mean they sound better.

    i own this, i replace the batteries once a year. it works great does come in handy when i need the screen too be detached. but i use it as a regular meter more often the as a wireless. it uses 5 AA batteries, my other meters use a 9v and last about 3 or 4 years of everyday use.
