Oufff this subject is a tough one for me...I went all in with snap on 14.4 electric and loved it...matter of fact still love my long neck brushless ratchet BUT the batteries **** and are crazy expensive I find myself lugging and tracking charged and waiting in line to be charged batteries SO...

Have used them yes couple fellas in the shop have them they used them for a while had a few failures they are great for a clean environment but when dirt and corruption is in the picture they have their downfalls again for some applications yes they are great but like anything else have their issues

Ohhh no question its a real problem but the koken solution is simply not gonna hold up in the heavy duty world i think they are a great company and have some great tools these sockets just aren't quite the solution thats good long term in my opinion

Thats less likely to happen...nice tool for a collector not so much a worker

Yea at $150 an hour I cant see washing down every bolt before I remove it but thats just me.

My matco dealer seems to only carry and promote their adv line which to me is sunex seldom ever pushes the USA stuff

I'm just not sold on these sockets yet I fear the spring won't survive long when they get packed full of dirt and corruption id say they may be a useful backup to get a fella out of a jam but 100% not for everyday heavy duty use

I went to pretty well all electric over the last 4 or 5 years but have found myself slowing moving back to air ive grown tired of babysitting batteries and in a heavy duty engine overhaul environment air guns simply still rule to roost when it comes to power and longevity.

I've tried all tool truck and Amazon ratchets my budget would allow and for an extra long 3/8 the snap on just cant be beat

Mostly a snap on 14.4 fan here but I've had an milwaukee under hood light for a couple months and man I cant live without it now what a gamechanger for me I'd highly recommend it!!!

Snap on 14.4 tools save so much time...and i know I know milwaukee wins many peoples hearts but I just prefer snap on paddle trigger and long neck ratchet...they plain work

can't go wrong with gearwrench in the bigger sizes we run the Cambodian tire edition cheapos here from what i can tell are a gearwrench made unit and for the $$ ya cant beat em...need a stubby no problem lop er in half for $20 per wrench

I work in a small truck shop and many of us run both sunex and GP sockets and have never had an issue they are both cost effective enough a fella can have extras of a common used size we have beat the snot out of sunex and they keep on going especially the 12 point offerings they without a doubt...
