    Sounds about right, except #7. My projects always take way too long, especially doing things for the first time. I did not grow up around a shop or anything like that, so even basic things are new to me many times, and take forever. You guys who know what you're doing make things look so easy...

    Good point! Also using the caliper vs it just sitting on the shelf would help. I didn't take out the caliper until I had the first set of bearings and tried pressing them onto the spindle lol...
