Anyone Have any Info on What this Stamp is, It Looks like a 1940 Design but it Has what Looks like a Date Code "2" and a Big A "Hand Stamped" Snap-on Logo! This is the Only One i have Seen like this! Any Feedback is Appreciated! Thanks
