Hey guys, here's an update on my Warm Morning 65,000. You were right Fitter30, I was able to order a new pilot light orifice and the pilot has a perfect flame. The heater works great! Thanks to everyone for all the help!

Thanks guys, I'll get one of those pilots and re-engineer it to fit. But here's a problem. The heater is now in my garage and my big tank and regulator for the cabin are still up at the cabin 150 miles away. How would I test the new set up without those?

Thanks Cobbler, so a water heater pilot might work for this heater? That would be great. Here's a couple pics of the deteriorated part. That small broken off piece looked like it was capped with a very tiny hole in the cap. That just crumbled when it broke off.

Thanks fitter, Where would I look for a replacement orifice? I don't mind buying a whole new pilot either. What pilot light would I look for at that place? Thanks again.

Well here are some pics of my Warm Morning pilot and thermocouple. The inner, very thin metal where the pilot orifice is inside the pilot was disintegrated so I know that's trash. The thermocouple looks good and that wasn't the problem anyway. The number "C 10" is stamped on the pilot...

Thanks for the replies guys. I checked with Abingdongas. He was very helpful...and expensive. I'll go with them if need be but wondering if some sort of universal pilot or a water heater pilot might work? Any other ideas or sources would be appreciated. Thanks!
