Yeah, HD carries my springs but have to go in and special order. Was hoping it would be easier, but oh well.

No scale. But the guys who installed my garage doors did not represent the best and brightest of the industry. So it would not surprise me if they used undersized springs.

Thanks for the reply Mike. Solar is an option, but the kit would cost as much or more than just running the wire. Plus just don’t like the look of solar panels, bit of a minimalist.
