Hey OTG, from all that I have read that would be a quick failure to the motor. Short test of the motors running capabilities without the starting relay has been performed this morning and was successful. It's all about the relay at this point. Thanks, Tim

Craftsman bench grinder 22 TOV-4CR-20-756 starting relay by Klaxon, 4CR series.

According to manufacturer Klixon, it's a starting relay. Allows the motor to come up to speed before full power is engaged. Now to find on. Tim
