Help Needed with Wiring Detached Garage

Hello all, I'm feeling a little stupid today... I am trying to wire a panel in my new detached garage. I have 2-2-2-4 ran from the house (not hooked up in the house panel yet). The problem I have is this, the wire isn't color coded. The 4awg has a yellow stripe but for the 2aw wires, one says...

    Stihl 039 Chainsaw Rebuild

All done! Spoke with Wolf Creek Saw Shop and they said the cylinder is essentially a "press fit" and to use my original cylinder bolts to draw the 2 halves together. So that's what I did!

    Stihl 039 Chainsaw Rebuild

Yep I bought it from Wolf Creek. It appears to be in the correct packaging and everything else looks like it's in the same place as the original but yeah unfortunately it's a no-go. I've called them and left a message this morning, I'm sure they will make it right.

    Stihl 039 Chainsaw Rebuild

Well I finally got home after 3 days of sales meetings and went to put my saw together but ran into yet another problem... The cylinder is machined incorrectly. The 2 halves of the clamshell cannot seal. The bearing recesses are machined incorrectly. I have a 3/16" gap all around when the...

I didn't know about the ignition issues. What goes wrong? Coil problems I imagine.

    Stihl 039 Chainsaw Rebuild

Too late now. I went fairly mild on the porting so it should be tuneable while increasing power.

    Stihl 039 Chainsaw Rebuild

Said "why not" and modified the muffler. Didn't want to go crazy so I just opened it up some. Still debating if I should drill the center out. Rinsed the muffler out good with hot water and used my heat gun to dry it after I was done.

    Stihl 039 Chainsaw Rebuild

I appreciate all the information! As far as the 2 stroke oil as assembly lube goes, I am not planning on using a ton, just enough to get everything coated and slippery, certainly not enough to pool in the lower end. I actually did pull the carb apart and give it a dunk in my sonic cleaner to...

    Stihl 039 Chainsaw Rebuild

Still no parts, and I have a week of sales meetings coming up so I won't have time to work on the saw even if I had the parts... sigh...

Still waiting for my local ACE to get the rest of my parts in. They said the parts would be in sometime this week thankfully.

    Stihl 039 Chainsaw Rebuild

In a normal setup you'd be 100% correct but this is the clamshell style cylinder where the bearings are pressed onto the crank and are clamped in the cylinder by the 4 bolts through the engine. Look at my disassembly pic, it will make more sense.

    Stihl 039 Chainsaw Rebuild

I just found & purchased a $10 piston ring compressor set for small engines.

    Stihl 039 Chainsaw Rebuild

New bearings are installed, put crank in freezer and heated bearings with a heat gun and they just about fell onto the crank. New piston kit is in as well. I'm still waiting for the wrist pin bearing to assemble everything but I did install the rings on the piston and 1 circlip. I made sure to...

That's the plan. I'm going to put the new bearings on today after work.

    Stihl 039 Chainsaw Rebuild

I was able to find and download a parts diagram & saw manual, but I appreciate the tip. I also ordered the parts I needed from the Stihl dealer along with a new chain & bar, I went with a 20" setup. Speaking with my buddy who gave me the saw, I was under the impression that he had purchased...
