    Small shop bathroom layout

I'd think about an outdoor shower, also. Cheap to add it now. With the hot muggy weather we have had, I'd love a place to get under a cool spray when out doing yard work.

    Shed floor rotted

Looking closer, I'd be willing to guess that your floor is, even worse, osb rather than plywood -- not that either would have a chance of survival with that construction.

    Shed floor rotted

    Slope and drain/catch basin options?

How about a concrete swale inside of the doors, draining into a sump pit? Somehow, I don't think you will be dealing with a significant volume of water at any single moment. I picture a good amount evaporating before it ever reaches the drain.

Need help choosing a storage shed

Metal shed opinion: I had an arrow shed for a good while. I grew to hate it, because the doors were the first thing to bend and become difficult. The walls dented very easily. Build a frame around your patch using Pvc trim boards overlapping the edges of your laminate. Secure to wall with stainless screws. Seal with caulk. If you use thicker pvc, you could counter sink your screws and fill over them. It won't be beautiful, but it will be better than what you have now.

How to add structural support under this joist?

Get a concrete paver block to put under the base of your column, adjust the height of the column to the distance between the paver and the joist. Most pavers are 1.75 - 2" thick. You can adjust the height further with hardwood wedges between the paver and column base if you need to. Main thing...

    Concrete floor problems

You definitely don't want to grind it, but using a scraper should not get the asbestos airborne. You could dampen the area you are working on as added insurance. The asbestos will remain adhered in whatever it is in now.
