ah, yes, getting into the garage would be a problem that way. oh well, i'd have done the same thing. at the end of the day, it's your place, you followed the proper procedure and the neighbors didn't want to assist in helping themselves allieviate the situation. nice garage too, btw. shark

just asking the question....looking at the overhead view, did you ever explore having the shop a little closer to your house (so moving the shop to the left)? that way the neighbor would have had more room in front and you would have more yard up where the red truck is parked. shark

steve, you printed the one you used from the .jpg attached to post #461? i tried that prior to posting my request and it was pixelated like no tomorrow. then trying to read it to make sure i got the right one, i noticed that the coupon reads, "...original coupon must be presented to...

anyone have a link or great scan to the coupon that is specifically states it may be used in conjunction with sales priced items? i'm pretty far from HF to drive on the chance that a sales person in a bad mood might not let me use the other coupon =) TIA shark

yep, left the drain cover in place. there's no distortion at all as the floor slopes ever so slightly towards the drain. i didn't have to put anything around my drain and the floor is fine. good luck! shark

my garage is exactly as you describe and i bought one freeflow tile to put right over the drain in the same color as 'regular' tiles surrounding. glad i did too because the tiles fit tightly together. shark
