    Thanks for all the compliments! Yes that’s where I’ll store sticks of steel tubing. When I order it for cage work I’ll normally order enough to do 2-3 at a time so I’ve got to be able to store it inside and out of the way.

    We have to travel a bit to really use them, theres a good bit of OHV parks in eastern/northern AL and southeast TN that we ride. But other than that there are some smaller easier parks within an hour ride from the house.

    Been a few years since I posted any updates..added a couple tools but still got some workspace welding cart/table project, now has expanded on the bottom shelf for scrap metal storage new drill press, jet gear driven, 12spd, pwr feed cleaned up and ready for the next project to show up...

    subpanel questions, wire size etc... newbie here

    I recently did this and used all #3 wire for the mains and #6 for the neutral and ground. This was for a 100 amp panel. Think about it, is it worth the 100 bucks your gonna save to always have to worry about it burning up or popping breakers all the time?
