Nice floor Red, the roller marks got me too. I think with spikes you could maybe lightly (very lightly) trowel over where the wet edge area prior to drying - but then again, I'm not sure that would work either. T

Do you have to neutralize the acid before you lay epoxy down? I was just wondering as my electrician said he's seen floor peel after a year if the acid isn't neutralized. I mention this as I didn't see you say anything about neutralizing. I'm a newb to most of this stuff so I may be way off...

Whew! The SW Amour Guard polyurethane worked really well to make the floor look glossy all over. We did add some of their sharkbite grit as well and it didn't take away from the looks. I am now pretty happy about this DIY project. Pics later. Tim
