You guys continue to miss the mark with regards to the width between the jack points. The distance between the factory jack points on my Porsche 997 is 53", so your 50.5" does not cut it. I have not checked on my 2 race cars yet (996 and a 355 Challenge) but I suspect you are going to come up...

I'd be interested in this product as a track side tool but the 3500 is way too short to reach the factory jack points on any of my race cars. I don't care about weight capacity but will the 5000 have a greater span than the 3500? Can you tell me what that spec is for the new unit?

Track membership fees and homeowners fees are two seperate issues. All track members pay membership fees and homeowners will eventually pay an association fee as well. However, that should not be assessed until quite a few more homes are built.
