I have ordered way more than I should from them, and agree, the Blemished items are hard to tell if anything is wrong. Refurbished ones are heat embossed with "REFURB" on the tool or accessory. Depending on item, cross check with Home Depot, especially when they are doing their Ryobi days...

My past orders I let the cart calculate, and it was pretty silly, but still cheaper than other places. Will try this next time I want to order.
