New Gararge Build - Could take awhile.

It cost me $4000 Australian dollars when it was built. You wouldn't really find anyone over here that still does them in traditional wood.

New Gararge Build - Could take awhile.

As you can imagine things have been moving fairly slowly. I have the power on and have almost finished the concreting that needed to be done. Almost all the flashing is on apart from a small bit on the roof and bit around the PA door. I have also managed to get the bench and cupboard built...

New Gararge Build - Could take awhile.

Quick update. Shed is 99% done. Power is on and I'm almost ready to get started on the car. Then we had this turn up 4 weeks early. We named her Lily Alice. She was born with a few problems and will face some extra challenges in life but we won't treat her any different. As you can...

New Gararge Build - Could take awhile.

Well almost all of the flashing is on now and all of a sudden the shed looks a million times better. This is still the side door opening to finish off and a small bit of flashing to go along the bottom. I also need to adjust the front door all the way down. So now the fun can start with...

New Gararge Build - Could take awhile.

Progress has been slow, but I think in the next few days the exterior should be done. We got the side wall up yesterday (such a pain it wasn't funny) just waiting on a couple bits of custom flashing to finish that off, then the remainder of the flashing needs to go on. Not 100% of the side...

New Gararge Build - Could take awhile.

Quick garage update. Have had the owner of the business down this week to discuss some of the issues I have had. He has informed me he no longer intends to use this installer and will be finishing the job himself. I have had the front and rear sheets replaced. Some of the roof sheets, and the...

New Gararge Build - Could take awhile.

Will just keep it for the cars as I have another small shed down the back of the block. I plan to plaster the inside but as yet have not even looked at the cost of doing that so it will all come down to dollars as to what I do.
