Love those wall panels.

I like the shop. If that white unit shown below is the only heater. The dividing wall it is facing may be limiting better air distribution. Would it be possible to move it to a more central location or add another unit on the opposite wall?

Do you have the choice of leaving the power credit in the "bank" from year to year? If it were me, I'd rather have it banked for free use vs paying 0.13/kwh than take it in cash at 0.4/kwh.

I used to put cars sideways across the front in the winter months, but the cars were so tight I could not easily open cabinets and drawers and it was not realistic. These days I get 5 cars comfortably in the big garage (4 across on the floor and 1 on the lift) with plenty of walking / working...

Ahh, makes sense. I've only got 30 deep, so 2 cars was never an option for me, which made the front wall of the garage perfect for tool benches, cabinets and tools.

Nice clean layout, especially the apartment. I would consider moving the lift more toward the overhead doors and provide some work benches / storage cabinets along the back wall.

A group of us were all part of a Mustang club that leaned toward power and racing. The last combo in that car had a built original motor and a YSi. Made good power but never lived up to what he wanted it to be. I think this combo certainly will.

Sorry to hear that. In the Verizon world. Fiber comes into the building to the ONT. Then from there Ethernet port to Network Router and MOCA port to Coax for Video.
