I have the 6.3 gal and don't let the oil-free fool you, it's quieter than most oil-lubed compressors. It won't run an impact but for brad nailers, filling tires, etc it's perfect. Super quiet for sure.

So is a TCBP16 comparable in weight to a HBBD16 or 24? Snap-on only lists one weight so I'm not sure.

FYI, the water drain (#3) will leak air until a few psi builds up. This is normal and how it drains moisture.

Regardless of what extension cord you buy, using the "over-under" method to coil it will greatly increase its life and prevent it from twisting up like a noodle inside. Once you learn the technique it's as fast as the old "around your elbow" way and the cord never tangles.

I bought one and checked it at work with our calibrated testers. I checked at 90 in-lb and it was within +/- 5-10 in-lb. Not great, but better than trying to tighten a thermostat housing to 89 in-lb by feel :)
