    Is you garage shop to far away from your house?

    I am totally landlocked in small town surburbia or I would have had a 4 car garage...permability was my limitation hence the house is about 55 feet from the garage....not much to mow which is nice.

    Good luck on the interior. I reskinned my seats from cloth to katskins myself and you will find muscles in your hands you never thought you had! My hands were sore for a week and that was when I was 55.... You might have a easier time than I did with the carpet replacement as your surface area...

    That pressboard floor won't last long! Best get some commercial tile in there! Nice trailer! I am looking for something like that in 10 foot or so for my wifes car care product business. Something insulated so I can heat it with a few light bulbs in the winter to keep the product from freezing.

    Been checking the 12 yr old garage ventless 30K BTU Procom heater these last few days as we have had outdoor tempature swings from 1F/-17C to todays 40F/5C.
