I would’ve used a dark gray coloring added to the concrete mix when the slab was poured. Helps with oil stains...etc.

I had one do that awhile back. The sensors at the bottom of each track had cobwebs all over them. Cleaned them up and no problem.

Thanks Davegvg! No codes. The fence is just setting on top of three 12 x 12 x 2 concrete pavers. Weights about 80 lbs and can be moved when service is needed. If the wind should blow it over, that’s will be the least of my worries....lol.
