I was able to find my receipt for the fixtures. They are Cooper (Metalux series) HBL632-UPL-L5. Each one uses 6 T8 bulbs and if you want, they can be wired on 2 switches, one for 2 bulbs, the other for 4. That way you don't have to have them on full blast all the time. Love them!

Yes, I am lucky to have a "better half." Sounds like you are as well! :D The fans are split up between 2 different controllers. One controller is for the fans over the shop area and the other controller is for the fans above the "lounge" area.
