Already did the homework on zoning. Set backs are 5' for detached structures. There's also no lot coverage limit on detached structures, only the primary dwelling.- jpmarotta

All- After much Googling and reading on this board, I'm still at square one in trying to figure out a how big I want my detached garage/shop to be and what type of construction I should be considering. Requirements: - Store 2 cars side-by-side at the front of the structure (nearest the door)...- jpmarotta

Hey from snowy Boston, MA
About to pull the trigger on a house on the 128/95 belt with no garage. Went searching the the inter-web about building a detached metal garage/shop and ended up here. I'm sure finding this board is going to hurt my wallet more than I planned! :rocker:- jpmarotta
