Been looking at GJ for a couple of years and found a lot of good info & pics. The shop took me a month of leveling the pad & ground prep. The contractor took 9 days to pour the cement & erect the shop. I still need to put in a toilet to make it complete........

Kool Shop, You must be very happy having all your toys & equipment inside. I live up in Redding, Ca. & was looking at putting up a 40 x 64 x 14 thru Web steel up in OR. The building was around 24,000 with me putting up & the concrete another 20,000. I'm looking at 44k & additional 6k for power...
