    30 x 40 building with steel I beam..do o need these poles?

That's why I asked...I'm not a builder or architect. I thought the I beam would be enough support. Those posts aren't very big and are placed unevenly...almost like an afterthought.

Have plenty of wall cabinets and only thing on the floor will be a small tool box, 60 gallon compressor, welder, floor jack. We also have a 8 x 8 loft to...

Anybody said "Screw it I'm renting a building" ? UPDATED WITH PICS Well I am so excited for this to be happening!!! Old Service Stations and Porcelain Steel Walls

I like your idea. You could get some 4 x 4 sheet stock. Put bends on em like a box. Use a good adhesive to bond wood mounting strips, paint them with a single stage urethane, and it would look pretty cool imho

If you cant get gas to the garage.. how can I heat it up

Thank You all for your replys. I like that Electrical heater, and the price is right. I would more than likely fire it up in the AM to warm it up to at least sweatshirt level in a couple hours and I would be good, not looking to work in T-shirt so this looks great. My garage is brick, so no...
