The kits were called Too Cool kits. Northern Tool used to sell them. You could get the one that looked like a tool box or 2 different gas pumps. I searched a bit and it appears they are no longer making them. www.toocoolkits.com

The Goodyear 3/8 red rubber hose that comes on the 25ft reel is big and bulky compared to my 3/8 PVC hose that I use. I did have to add a couple wraps to the rewind spring so it would rewind 50ft instead of 25ft.

I have the HF auto rewind 25ft version of the one posted above...$40 on sale. I have 50ft of PVC type air hose on it. I recommend it. Not bad for China stuff...

Why don't you get a matching cabinet door that matches your storage cabinets and build a frame around the box to mount the door. When it is shut it looks like one of the cabinets. I did this in my Media Room with my distribution panel that was in an electrical box.
