Flattening things out isn't much of an option for me. Playing with the grade would run me into problems with the county because of drainage issues. Making the ground level would run me into problems with the township because they would make me shorten my proposed garage.

From looking at Rotary's brochure, I get the feeling that their lifts don't really go as high as somebody else's 79" lift. Brand A says it has a lifting height of 79". Rotary says it has a "rise" of 81". You look at Rotary's explanation of "rise" to find out that this figure is gotten with...

Highest 2 post lifting height I've been able to find is 79". Would like to find something 82" or higher. Would also prefer NO floorplate. Anyone know where I can find one or maybe a manufacturer who would make one? KC
