Just picked up this makita 2400 compressor last week after my 15 year old craftman died. Big improvement!

For now Ive been dragging an Ipad into the garage when I want sound in there. A logitech ipad dock will be arriving for christmas! Will eventually get a sonos player or something similar for the garage and other remote areas that need some tunes!

I like visio for this kind of thing because its easy to use. Autocad is for more serious drawings, much more expensive and steeper learning curve

Agree with Ric on trying to keep it original. Get it cleaned and back to full functionality but keep the aged patina and history in place.
