Here's part 1 of a couple orders I placed with Gj member Jensputier recently. The 916-1 1/2 ratchet is amazing! The wee bit ratchet is pretty darn cool as well but I think the thing I got the biggest charge from was the Hazet bottle opener that Jens surprised me with! that thing is pretty slick!

Part 2 (MUCH bigger lot) should be here on Wednesday!! :bounce:

nice HZ stuff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

few more pics

sweet ratchets !!!

the 13mm combination wrench was 5,25€ + 19% sales tax.

Nice video..Thanks to share!
I will miss your tools :D

:D

nice Wiha drivers !!!

Awesome!
who made it, NWS?

yes :)

"Lok" is rigth! Too much Hazet on this thread.

I just bought HUGE mount of tools including;

Beta 920/55, a ratchet from 1980's, almost unused. I had to opend it up as it had "little" dry sound and indeed dry it was:

I really like turn mechanism

Note that in these pictures I have NOT take old greace out, only thing was left in ratchet was glue like stuff, that migth have been lubricant.

Desing of mechanim is same time very simple and complex, result is very nice, one of my favorite ratchets.

I have a few old Eclipse bits and bobs.
A decent hacksaw and a padsaw that holds hacksaw blades both in this picture.
The padsaw is in the top of my To Go/Scrapyard box and the hacksaw is in the bottom tray, its just too long to store with the blade in place so I keep it with the blade out.

Monte or someone who knows,Is there any differences between torcofix k 60-300N.m , Promat 60-300n.m? same scales?? Thanks

i think they´re the same ?!

Monte If I'm remember correctly you had asked for photos of Tramontina.
Unfortunately I couldn't take more.
Sorry for the blurry photos.

pics don´t show up for me ????

The compressor was for free, i got it from a former employer who had no need for this small one because they have 3 16 KW (?) compressors from Atlas Copco. It only works up to 3 bar so i think the pressure switch/sensor (?) is defective. Hopefully it will be a cheap + easy repair :) It ***** to borrow air from the other dudes so i have to repair it this year....(....if no good tool offers come along... :D)

Cool! Thanks for posting that.
It's refreshing to see "Italy" on a Beta tool.
The I-beam design and the steel finish/color resembles a Stahlwille roundhead ratchet. Perhaps the founder of Beta, being a German, took some hints from his homeland. :D

NWS tin snips

That's nice looking, and I think you've developed another collection... whether that's deliberate or not only you'd know. :lol_hitti
Of all the brands that you have, which one do you like the most?

Oh, regarding all your recent videos.... I find it remarkable that you're so fluent with all the product names/terminology in the English language.
You really should be a tool consultant.

:pimpflash aahh nice ...2 tools for the price of one :) It always should be like that :D

Too nice to be in a dirty garage :)

but perfect for american consumers so they can not only polish the tools all day long but also the box :D ;)

Wera Hex Plus key set. What can I say, I'm a Wera fan...

that´s a neat set !

i need all of them :D because they´re (almost) all different...left cut, right cut, straight etc. :) ok for the price i probably should have bought a electric shear :) ... maybe in my next life :D
My favourite is the Format/Bessey snip with the drop forged handles because the handles are slimmer so the snips fit better in my hand and i can work better with it. It cuts nice too.

Posted these in another thread but here's some pics of them out of the cart. The foam trays do take up a lot of space in the cart but I think they work out pretty good

And here's the little wee 863-1 1/4 72 tooth ratchet. Now THIS is a nice ratchet! Smooth and not too small like most 1/4 ratchets and it's got a nice heft to it. Really glad Jens mentioned this one to me when I was ordering my cart last week.

That's Right. The pics are for everyone. when I ask something and someone answer me, the answer is for everyone.

Nice Gedore! How do you like the ratchets? Trying to decide between them and Hazet.

Difficult decision joFrasse.
Personally I really like the fine tooth ratchet of hazet. Both the old and new and this was my first choice. But it is totally different from the U 20 which was matched only by the 916s.

The hazet 916s has a different mechanism than U20 I think. The same with U10.
U20 has 60 tooth wheel and it needs only 6 degrees from one to another. (9 degrees for the 1/4 and i dont remeber how many tooth). Very close to a fine tooth ratchet with 72 tooth wheel and 5 degree angle.
This I believe is the big difference between 916s-sp and U20.

The quick release press button is at the same level with the head and it's difficult to press it accidentally when you working with the hand on the top of the head because it must be pushed deep enough to release the socket.

Very Slim design, really smooth ratcheting, and very good, ergonomic handle.

I don't know how it compared with a Ηazet but it's perfect for what it is.

ok..
Μy mistake, I did not understand properly what Monte actually means. :lol_hitti :lol:

Thanks for the pics :)

ps: if the tool packages wouldn´t say "Made in Brazil" i would have thought Taiwan :) ...The twist wrenches and the socket with the special drive profile + the spline socket... reminds me on taiwanese products :)
