the prices on the knipex pliers are good.
I've tried them a couple times and had unreal wait times. I get the impression they are operating out of the back bedroom of a trailer there in missouri. I like to google earth addresses to see their operations from above, Theirs is the first I have ever tried that does not come up on google.... a fake?

Then use google earth manually it looks to be an older style farm type house, the driveway is covered with trees and so is most of the house, probably a privately named road.

Funny, I've had many orders from them, all of them with excellence service, incredibly fast shipping, and all my emails answered within probably 6 hours, even the ones I've sent Sunday night.

No special notices, just items out of their little online inventory. 6+ hours is nothing to shout about. Sounds almost like your the guy in those woods here in disguise.

6 hours on a Sunday night is quite good. Honestly, what are you expecting? No wonder they can't please you. I sent an email around 3 am this morning asking for copies of receipts for taxes because I lost one. They emailed me all my receipts at 8:52 am.
As for me being them, stick around a little, you might learn something.

ordered 3 pairs of knipex (7" wrench pliers, 10" raptor & cobra ES) on tuesday night. arrived today in a flat rate envelope. i'm happy.
the wrenches were a dollar more than chad but shipping at USPS cost was $4 cheaper than chad's 8.95. I wish more sellers would learn that!

I've noticed that a few times, but chads price protection plan takes care of you, you can't buy for lower prices anywhere. They factor shipping into it, its total purchase price considered- normally this works to their advantage cause most places charge more for shipping, but it goes both ways.
