This past Sunday, my father and I went back to the MIT flea market I mentioned here.
This time, I was looking for a few small C-clamps and a couple of long wrenches for a project. I got everything in the photos for $15--not the deal of the century, but at $3 a tool, not so bad either.
I did a bit of research and it seems that the C-man tappet wrench is early 1940s and the double-box-end wrench is c. late 1930s.
The Cincinatti Tool Co. clamp is pre-1925 based on some old GJ threads, but I know nothing about the 2" "Unbreakable | Malleable Iron" clamp. What does the hive mind think?
I couldn't resist the baby Walworth Stillson pipe wrench. Best info I could find suggests pre-1911 or so, but would love to nail that down more specifically.
Photos taken after a soak in some de-greaser, a light nylon brush cleaning, and some coating with WD4O to prevent flash rust.
