I've had them price match to their online prices (even though the online item was out of stock). I doubt that you would have an issue.

I wonder if I could get the store to give me this deal locally. Unfortunately HD wont ship to Alaska. Anyone ever try?

Another daily deal on HD’s site: M18 Fuel Hackzall kit w/ 5.0 battery for $159, normally $249. I had a $100 gift card in my wallet and needed a hackzall, so I ordered one right away.

Thanks- I've been waffling back and forth over which cordless platform to switch to as my Craftsman tools die, finally decided to pull the trigger on the Hackzall deal to start a Milwaukee collection.

I have wanted to start on Milwaukee M18 and just purchased the impact on the Home Depot special. Had a bunch of gift cards to use.
Already heavily invested in the M12 stuff and really pleased.
Really considering ordering the M12 inflator.

I'd been trying to decide on a Hackzall and ordered the M18 Fuel as soon as I saw the deals this morning.

I've had the M18 mid-torque impact for about a year now and it's been great with both my 1.5ah batteries as well as my 5.0's. I'm invested in the M12 lineup as well (wearing my heated hoodie right now) and I'm looking at pre-ordering the inflator from AcmeTools soon.

Anyone purchase the 2125-20 underhood light? If so, is it worth the $$? I'm tempted to pick one up via the eBay 15% sale tonight. $185-15% is about 25% off retail.

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwauk...-9-0Ah-Battery-2897-22PO-48-11-1890/303829917

This link is for the Fuel Hammer Drill/Driver and Impact Driver, 2 xc5.0 batteries, a pack-out box, and an add-on 9.0 battery.

My question is. This package is $400, and that 9.0 battery sells for $169 at HD. Can I buy this in the store, then return the battery for a $169 refund? Effectively making the 2897-22PO combo cost $230.

Thank you
No you will only get a certain amount back, based on the cost of the item you keep. The formula is in the home depot hot deals thread, I don't remember what it off the top of my head.

A * (A / (A + B))

A is main tool, B is the value of the free item. If you want the cost of the free item, swap the first A for B

When I look at "deal" pricing, I usually go off the Craigslist pricing for the batteries. The charges are nearly worthless.

9.0s seem to go for about $90-110 right now new.

Hey I got a question for the professional Milwaukee sales looker-upper-finders :p

My 18v 1/2" combo drill is damn close to being completely wore out as is my 1/4" hex impact that I've used the **** out of for the last 5yrs.

So the last couple of days I've been looking a deals to replace them. It's not something I make my living with daily anymore so it doesn't need to replaced like yesterday, but it is something I'd like to get done within the next couple of weeks.

So here's my question. CPO has a reconditioned fuel set with two 5Ah batteries for 3 bills. Is that about the best I'm going to find ya think??

Thanks, Cam

Nope. Go to HD, buy the $500 rolling kit w/ free 9ah battery. Return the battery, the kit is now ~$370. Sell the One-Key sawzall for at least $120 (they took a dip recently) & the tool box if you want to for another ~$100. You know have the best available set of drill/impact (imo) for way under $300.

or I will sell you the drill & impact & 2 batteries out of it for $300 & shipping out of mine. I just wanted the box & sawzall (i have enough batteries to not need anymore)

I appreciate the suggestion but I'm not up for all that mischief. But your other offer.....What batteries are we talking, if one of those batteries is the 9Ah I'd be down for that. I sure don't need another charger around here collecting dust nor do I want a case. And just to confirm these are the fuel models right?

Thanks and let me know, Cam

You can get it new on ebay for about that, so reconditioned at that price isn't a good deal.

I wish I could get them for that price every now and then they pop up for like 140 and they are usually far away and I just don’t have the luck or nerve to deal with eBay.

I've been looking to replace my Ryobi drill since the last time I used it, it spin the bit because the chuck was a piece of garbage. I have been eyeballing one the big red brand for quite some time and I'm about ready to pull the trigger. I saw this kit tonight:
https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwauk...ve-Drill-Bit-Kit-2705-22-48-89-4630/300990025

and there is another one for 30 dollars cheaper which I think is the slightly older fuel without the bluetooth stuff. Anyways, both of them seem like a great deal. Does this seem like a great deal? Also, is there any real difference between the 2705 and the 2703 other than the new bluetooth stuff? From my research they seem to be equivalent in basically every other way.

One other question, does anyone know what chucks these drills use? The Jacobs line has gone to **** and after spinning a bit in my cheap Ryobi I want to make sure I don't have that problem with one of these TTI made Milwaukee units.

Oh, here is the link for the 2703 kit if anyone wants it:

Not too bad after the price drop. Usually much more economical to get the drill & impact kits. The 2 models you are referencing, are actually the same but one has the One-Key, but I suppose might be considered 'older.' I PM'd you

Looks like HD is tooling back up for the free blower promo. They've got the package listed now but it's at $449. This usually means it will go to promo soon. Honestly I would take it for free but not much more it's only useful for light work.

I received my CPO refurbished shop vac from the last eBay flash deal. Opened it up and there was a bonus 2.0 compact battery installed. Score!

at cpo, today only:

Milwaukee 2891-21P M18/M12 Wireless Jobsite Speaker

new, with free shipping and free 2AH m18 battery, 139$

https://www.cpooutlets.com/milwauke...-jobsite-speaker/miln2891-21p,default,pd.html

10$ more than the bare tool, 30$ more than refurb.

Good speaker and good deal with the added battery. Though a 2.0 don't give a lot of run time the real funny thing I have found at least with the compacts is an 18v doesn't really get any more play than an M12 in the speaker. :dunno:

I use mine a real lot, and on battery I find the my best performance is with a 4.0 XC M12. I'm sure an M18 XC would do great but I can't see using that size of battery in that type of tool and would put it to better use on the job
