Blackhawk 19015 box, very small, 11.5 inches long. Anyone know what came in this?
Folks, I'm working on this 1/2" Blackhawk socket set. I need this style D20 and D32 (5/8 & 1"). "Double-dotted knurl" Any assistance greatly appreciated!
UPDATE: I found a D20, all I need is the D32 1" socket.
Nice set! What year are those?

I posted these pics on the vintage box thread- but should have here. I just purchased this without knowing much about it. However, it looked neat so...
Mine is like yours. Maybe it’s a West Coast thing. So Twertsy posted the above, looking to complete his Dxx Blackhawk socket set.
I took a look at my similar BH sockets, and discovered the following:
My series Dxx sockets don't have 2 rows of square knurls, but rather 3 or 4.

And my sockets that have 2 rows of square (perhaps rectangular(?)) knurls are numbered 84xx series.

Saw this Blackhawk tool at an estate sale this morning. What is it? Looks like an old multi-head tool. Not sure I'd have paid $5 for it much less the $10 they were asking. Should I go back for it? Has "Blackhawk 4 151" on the handle. Thanks, Mike
PS I'm not interested in collecting it. If it's good trade bait I'd like to know.

I think this is the first so-called "Small" series (3/8-inch drive) Lock-On wartime era socket I have ever found. Has all the right features and the markings, including a 1941 ("1") date code. I'm a little puzzled by the 31522 model number. These were 30xxx sockets in the 1939 and 1943 catalogs, and this 11/16" opening was model number 30022. EDIT: Never mind. It's a Nugget! DOH! If I rarely see 3/8-inch drive, I NEVER see Nuggets!![]()
I came across a set of 3/8ths Blackhawk sockets this weekend. The dates range from 41 up to 49. I had to cough up 20 clams for the set but like you I never see 3/8ths so I grabbed them.

Nice snag Sonny!![]()
