Re: office, some cars and a lift

brand new soaked wooden carriers in the lowest part, roof will be isolated industrial plating
jg72tc.jpg

putting a I beam, because the old wall with concrete carriers and pillars will be removed after the new
construction. this will give me more room to turn with cars

oldskool:lol_hitti

making the upperpart ready for roof construction

and since 2 weeks the lower part roof is on!

14s93m.jpg

since last week the upperpart roof is also done
windows + doors arrived
now tearing down the old wall that ''sepparated'' the 2 pieces + smashing it to bits to have a layer of stonegrind. afterwards that will be the base for a polished concrete floor
had a good day,but forgot to take pictures:lol:

so that's where we are right now

finaly some updates!

after breaking down the last old wall, putted all the stones on a pile, ready to dig some earth away to fill up with sand so the base for the 4 pole lift can be created in concrete. once this is done, all the rest off the place can get ready for the polished concrete floor.
the lift will be integrated in the floor so low cars can drive on it without problems
also finishing the 3 little windows in thinsulated roof plates we had left

annyway...

it's about 135 square meters

the ''space'' in the floor is for my 4 pole lift
it's kind off integrated,so the level off the lift is equal to the floor,so low & sport cars can drive on it and over it without anny problems

Sorry I should have used the word 'recess' so thank you for explaining to me and I await to see how it fits into this recess in your floor.

Nice work. From what I can tell, there is not much of the original structure left. You guys have certainly made an impressive transformation. Looking forward to learning more about the four post lift you are installing. I hope you got the measurements right!

The only thing that's left from the original structure is the right wall and the back wall + 2 little pieces of the front
Well...my measurements just HAVE to be right lol

GREAT build, so glad to see a european shop taking form (not that I don´t like the American ones too, but we have a more common problem with space limitations here in Europe)!

Looking forward to see the progress, some pics of that 964 would be awesome...

When I first saw your project, my thinking was: Good! Another fellow that has some real vision and will be interesting to see where the planning will take this project. To this point, it is easy to see your execution has been very well done and it looks like this will turn out spectacular! Congratulations on your project and all your hard work.

Ody.

Thanks guy's!
Just back hole after a day working at the shop
I'm verry pleased with the outcome i do have to say.
Like mentioned it isn't alway's easy due regulations in europe but since this was an existinh construction we only had to get our regulations for changing and restoring it
Will post some pictures from 964 & mk1 right after bath & diner :)
