The swing arc i simply test how much the wrench was moving before the first tooth pops in! Facom has allmost zero in play as you can see, wurth are huge!

Hmm, in my mind i thought this thread would take someones interest:(

I love my facom ratchet spanners ive had mac n bluepoint over the years and have binned half sets, due to the gearing fowling up or stripping teeth. However 6 months with my facom ones and they are still like new

best move I made 8mm to 32mm wernt cheap by anymeans but they appear to be the best ive used

Great comparison... Thanks for doing it.

I have all four sets of the Facom ratchet spanners... Reversable, flex head, straight and stubby.
I have had them over five years now and they all still work like new... Fit and finish is
perfect. In my humble opinion they are the best ratchet spanners you can buy.

I bought them because they have one of the thinnest box end and the smoothest mechanism i have had my hands on! Allmost zero in swing arc, feels like a gearless ratchet:) The feeling in the hand is so amazing:)Design is the most beautiful thing i have ever see! I like Chrome to, but after a month in use the chrome is full of scratches and the satin finnish is like new!

I placed an order for the Facom 467 set and I have just received them today, I can't wait to put them to use. Thank You for taking the time to share your knowledge. :)

Like the methodical comparison. Very useful indeed, i specifically went looking for this thread since i'm the market for some ratcheting wrenches, and i remembered this had the best comparison i've seen. Bigger sample size next time :)
