I'm ready to seal my concrete but, I'm still undecided one what to use. Does anyone have any knowledge of a product called Cure and Seal 300? I'm not looking for anything fancy. I just want something to shed water and prevent stains.

I'm attaching a picture.

Do I need to upload pics somewhere else to insert them directly in the post?

We don't do cure and seals. You could do a product like TL39 which is a densifier and water repellant.

You might want to have a look at TLPPC as well. adds a little bit of sheen -- up to a high gloss depending on # of coats. It is a pretty incredible penetrating urethane concrete sealer breathable, penetrating and excellent chemical and solvent resistance

HunterDan, I did two pours. I found out, after the fact, the pump truck I wanted to use couldn't make the 60ft reach. I'm very satisfied with the joint. I can take a pic of it for you. I used the key lock as you can see in the pic I posted.

Justin, I'm 30 days out since I poured the back half and 15 since the front half. I want something I can spray or roll on and forget. The Lowes product I used on my garage turned out horrible...and I put a lot of time and effort into it. (I'll post a pic)

I guess I should just give you a call and you can give me details. I'll call you later this afternoon.

The primary use for cure and seal if you ask me is to seal the moisture inside the slab as it cures. Thus, it will be put on the day the concrete is poured, as soon as it can bear foot traffic (sock feet recommended) without any damage.

Side benefit is that it also makes the slab look decent. The problem is that if one wants to do something like epoxy later, the cure & seal has to be mechanically removed. Buffed off w scotchbrite, etc.

I used a BASF curing sealer, looked great until freezing water showed up in hollow spots...I don't have the roof on yet...then its flaking away in those areas. They do recommend a second coat when the builder traffic is done though. Will be interested to see how it levels and melts together with the original layer.

A single coat of our SPGX coating would protect the floor, and give it a nice shine.

Thank you for the product recommendations. I'm still doing my research. Do any of you know anything on the details of heat transfer from a radiant floor being affected by how smooth or rough the finish?

I opted to go with Justin's TLPPC. I just finished with the first coat about an hour ago. I'm waiting on it to dry enough to apply the second coat. I've added pics to my album but I can't get this iPad to copy the BB code link to add them here.

I ended up waiting 22 hours before it ever dried enough to get back on it. Once I was able to apply more I only applied 1 gallon to the entire 2400ft. I waited an hour applied another gallon, waited another hour and applied a final gallon and a half for a total of 8 gallons.

I'm not sure if I put to much on it to start with or not. I just know that when the humidity went to 100% I was dead in the water. Instead of drying it puddled up. I still had puddles the next day.

I'm very happy with the end results. I will post more pictures soon.

Wow, that turned out nice OP. Congrats on nice big heated shop !!

Curious if you planned for a Lift ?? Not sure how that would work with sloped floor and the drains, but man that big shop is just screaming for a LIFT !! ;)
