I couldn't pass these up. Never used, SAE satin finish. 15/16-2" with a few skips. it's not urgent but if I could fill it out with matching Challenger satin over time that would be nice. These are some bad *** wenches. I'm like 6'3" 240 so that ain't exactly a small hand in the pic.

I don't have the list with me of the skips. I just assumed they made all the sixteenths sizes from 1-2". Is that a useful size for anything or no? Thanks

There are some oddball sizes that you would almost never use. In some cases since the nut or bolt is so big you can get away with the wrong size wrench without any issues.

use the "Advanced" search function on Ebay.
immediately to the right of the blue "Search" button click "advanced"
in the first line enter "challenger wrench"
scroll down and click "US only"
scroll down and click "newly listed"
click "search"

you may need to make multiple searches, i.e., "proto" instead of "challenger". or try searching only "used".
and then there's "the long way": search by wrench size: i.e., "9/16 wrench" (you will of course want to enter every other brand name under the sun into the "exclude from search" box) (and yes, I have filled holes that way on a Thorsen DBE set.)
and then finally after all that, you can search "wrench lot" (with NO words entered in the "exclude" field) and see if that one wrench is in a batch of wrenches somebody's got listed.

You can do variable searches using parenthesis on ebay:

(Proto, Challenger, PC, Proto-Challenger) (1-9/16, 1 9/16) (wrench, spanner, combination)

That would show results of, Proto 1-9/16 wrench, Proto 1 9/16 spanner, Challenger Combination 1 9/16 and more.

Careful, this is how I got hooked on completing a Williams set. It started with only 3 wrenches. The obsession could get expensive.

For me 1 9/16 gets used here on our farm. I have Proto to 2 1/2" but a cheap 1 9/16, Think i will mill one out of an extra 1 1/2 Proto someday. Come to think of it i have never come across a Proto or Challenger 1 15/16 wrench either.
