Our local Sears "Hometown" has some killer deals, right now, on a few items.

Craftsman Curved Pry Bar w/Strike Caps item 9-43395 on sale for $19.99 from $39.99. Made in USA. I bought two!

Craftsman Cruved Pry Bar item 9-43278 on sale for $25.95 from $29.99. I already had a set of these, bought last year, on sale for $19.99, I thought that was a good deal. Awesome set, made by Wilde, in Hiawatha, KS. For this price, I couldn't afford not to have more.

Not as big of bargain, but still not a bad deal:
Craftsman 3-pc Pliers Set item 9-45412 on sale for $19.99 from $29.99. This set is made by Western Forge, in USA and I'm excited to check out the flush pliers versus the Wilde FlushFit pliers I already own. This set comes with 6.75" slip joint, 8" long nose, and 9.5" arc joint pliers. This seems like a good deal, as I was looking at a similar set, but with longer slip joint, but shorter long nose and arc, for over $30. Bonus, my Wilde FlushFit are 8", so it was easier to justify buying this set. I may go buy another of these sets, if it appears they are top quality.

I got all this for $82.37, after taxes:

I own both set of the pry bar, good stuff!

I do not see any deal on the US made pliers when I visit the store over weekend. I am kinda conflicted because I think Tekton make some US made pliers, and pretty sure Tekton will outlast Sears for warranty purpose, so I may go Tekton for pliers unless I can find the CF pliers heavily discounted.

I've got the pry bar set for $13-15 with surprise points off before. Made in USA. They are good stuff. Regular Sears though.

Those western forge craftsman pliers and tools are great for the money.
They were half off for about a month here in north Florida until they were almost gone.
I replaced everything at the house that was 20+years old and made 2 new boxes for the truck and car on the cheap.
