At least they had US call centers. One of the easiest customer service centers I've ever dealt with, but that was 4-5 years ago too.

They were always easy to deal with when I had to call, just a little hard to understand at times, and often talked very fast.

I just used mine. I was under the impression that the code is tied to an account. Earlier they wanted me to login to my account first then they enter the code. If that’s the case you can’t use someone’s code.

I don't think asking for other people to give you codes, especially repeatedly across multiple threads, is appropriate to the culture here. All of us who still have nearby stores could just as well do the same thing, and then it would be non-stop begging.
I redeemed 21 of the codes today....all using my SYW number, and other peoples codes. We had a huge Thanksgiving get together, and I asked everyone if they would mind texting TURKEY to 73277 and then forwarding me the coupon, then texting STOP.
I did have to play stupid games, rotating through registers, different cashiers, and making a second trip later in the day after they had shift change but worth it to redeem those coupons. I bought 1 pack of Cobolt Drillbits, and the rest was spent on kids clothing.

I had no idea what to use my $15 on. Was seriously consider a copper brownie pan, LoL. The sales guy knows me, and jokingly said I could make some good brownies with that. I said I'd rather use it on the new Cman mechanic storage chair, but is a doorbuster. He said dont worry about it, it will work. Sure enough, brought it down to $45 points oop.
They way the employees were talking about sales totals, and the amount of credit apps was really surprising to me. Sounded like they had a pretty good day, aside from it sounding like most of the employees, worked ALL day. Wtf?

I missed last spin yesterday but I can confirm first two were as expected.
While traveling yesterday I stopped at the Canton Ohio Sears to spend my $15 Turkey coupon. While I was at the register in the Tool Department I saw 4 other customers, each using the Turkey coupon from their phone and not spending more than a few cents to a couple dollars more than the $15 minimum coupon amount.

I won a whopping $0.15 total yesterday. The number of available games continue dwindling... looks like they're letting the games all gradually expire without being replaced anymore, instead of a sudden shutdown.
I lost the Sweeps Weekly game but scored the $10 from the email.

Same here. I was travelling and was wanting a quick stop at Sears to spent my $15 Turkey. 5 customers in front of me with 3 cashiers at the tool dept checking everyone out. This can't be that bad right... well, 40 min later we managed to get out of there. Everyone seems to have coupon on their phone, and the cashier that try to check me out is really clueless. He asked for my email, nope can't find my account. Then asked for my phone, that does not work. I then show him my account number. He does not have a clue what that is... or where to enter it. wtf... then after waiting.. someone else gotta help him. So he switched with this guy who finally managed to get my account and my turkey code entered - for some reason he could not scanned it, so he had to enter the code manually. It was crazy how long it took to check out.
I got the $17 vacuum, so at the end I am happy. There were only two left on the shelves.

I used my 2 coupons the other day, but have to head back to the mall that has my "close by" Sears, to fix another retailers BF mistake. If there's anyone not using their coupon, I wouldn't mind trying to offset the gas I'm about to waste.

Sears apparently has crappy barcode scanners. They often end up having to type in codes that they can't successfully scan, so some cashiers don't even try scanning, they just go straight to typing it in manually.

The ones I have typing it in manually, apparently don't like the efficiency in a number-pad, and instead hunt & peck the # row on the keybaord. I wanted to hit the guy over the head with the dang keyboard! Slow as frozen molasses moving his reading glasses up & down between the phone screen & keyboard.
You should be entering those by muscle memory if you work retail.Every time the employees scan something, they hit the scanner to "activate" it. I'm wondering if they should have never been hitting it in the first place
Sears is so desperate for employees these days, the people hunting-and-pecking might be in their first retail job, and haven't been on the job for long.

yikes... did we go to the same store and got the same person? The cashier I met two days ago was doing the same thing. He tried like 3x using the # row on the keyboard, AND apparently entered them wrong

It's now running for full 2-week periods at $0.20/$0.10/$0.05 prize levels, instead of running for 6 days at the lower prize levels and then a 1-day-only version every Monday where all the points prizes are $1 if you win any.

or , I'm not sure as I was becoming a bit tiresome of it, and my most recent win was last Monday. McDonalds & Wendys apps have done more lately in contributing money to my tool fund.

Right now went 1/10 (nickel) in those spins (those and the non-Xtra bonus are the only ones I'm able to get on WinIt).

I just played all ten Win List spins within the past hour.
I think the problem was my iPad. I rebooted it and the Win List spins were normal, including not paying me anything for the third straight day.
It really is looking futile to keep playing. Nearly every day the odds drop from fewer spins and lower prize odds. I’ll probably stick it out a few more days but I’m starting to not really care if I miss taking a WW or Bonus spin.

Remember the odds are a bit better on the $1 games, with 500 winners each (down from 5000 each after the cuts a couple weeks ago). $5 bonus/WW games have 100 winners each, $4 = 125, $3 = 167, $2 = 250.
