I recently restored a 3/4 HP block grinder -- fresh paint, new bearings-- and made a video of the process so that it might be of interest to others looking to restore their units, or at least to whet their appetites to grab one themselves. Enjoy!

Thanks for posting this video! I just purchased 3 older Craftsman grinders. I'm already in contact with Matt regarding the labels but am curious if there are places where I can purchase any missing parts/pieces? Also curious as to where I can purchase the rubber feet and the bearings? I'm sure your video will be very helpful while I'm restoring each one.

Here are my grinders:

I have this 1/4hp grinder which I believe is from the 70's:

Then I have this 1/3hp that I think says '69 on the bottom. This is the one missing parts like the left side guard and the eye glass on the left as well. I need rubber feet for all of them. Oh...this one is also missing the tool rest on one side and the lamp shade.

Finally I have this 1/2hp block grinder that seems to be pretty complete except for the rubber feet.

Any info you could provide on where to get the missing parts and replacement parts would be very much appreciated.

Thanks again!
