Got my badly abused 1971 400s buttoned up other than polishing the handles. I wanted a bullet and was too cheap to pay eBay prices. This cost me 50 bucks and taught me a little about welding. Since then I've picked up a couple more bullets

It should work great on my roll around welding cart. I'm cheap and this one fit in my budget. Made a set of smooth aluminum jaws for the delicate aluminum work I'll be doing with it. Have a set of jaws coming for it.

Had my 1780 since 2005. Bought it new and finally got around to building a stand for it.

I was never happy with the color and the clear dissolving the hammered finish so I redid it last winter or the winter before. I also made a new anvil section for it. then built a stand for it.... polished some parts and added a set of Kevins jaws.
