New guy here, well, actually, my first post/thread. Neat site.
I bought an old Craftsman top and rolling bottom box the other day and it has a bunch of vintage tools in it. Craftsman; Snap-On; Plomb; Proto; Speedmaster; Williams; S-K; Bonney; etc.
This Williams S-55 is interesting; I've never seen anything like it. I've looked on the web and here and I can't find it. Just wondering if anyone has seen one. I'm sure it's not one-of-a-kind.
Also, there are quite a few Speedmaster sockets, and I can't find much on them either. Any info on them - origins, etc? Made by Wright for Wards?
If it's not too much to ask
, anyone know the approximate era of the tool boxes?
Thanks a lot!
