New Construction of a 'Mini-Me' Garden Shed

We used to have a small 8'wd x 10'dp garden shed for our yard tools & etc.
Then a couple years ago we bought a new LA135 JD mower.
So we picked up a small plastic building to house it.
Sold the plastic shed a couple weeks ago, & moved the mower to the garage for now. And most all of the other stuff from the shed is in the garage also.
Garage is double-wide, double-deep, so I have some temporary room.

We started construction of this garden shed mid-June.
Wife's idea, she wanted it to mimic the house.
So I've dub'ed it the 'Mini-Me'.
It'll be 8'wd x 10'dp, 10'wd x 12'dp, & 8'wd x 10'dp.

We have a bunch of plants that will go in within the next few days.
The front lower section will get finished off with some brick-work like the house in the future.
The interior finishing will have to hold off for a few weeks.
I'll add some interior photos later on also.

That's a pretty impressive "garden shed"!

How much yard is there left to mow with that new tractor?

Thats mammoth! And here I am trying to decide between 8x8 and 8x12 for a shed! Way over the top, awesome!

Thanks, but most of it will probably hold the wife's painting business supplies & get some of them out of our garage.
I'll most likely end up with the same 8'wd x 10'dp section for the yard tools.
Which will be fine if it doesn't hold things like the pressure washer, paint sprayers, shop-vac's, etc., etc., ...

Best damn garden shed I have seen so far.

Concrete floor and all, it's going to be awesome when finished. Is it going to have a loft/storage area in the middle ?

Yes, Loft area of about 4ft of hieght. The center section is 12ft tall.
It'll be used for storage of Christmas decoration tubs & similar items that don't get used very much.

So when can I move in?

Yea, the inspector showed up yesterday to sign-off the build permit & said that if we had water & sewer in there, he'd be a bit concerned.

He really liked it tho & took a couple photos to show other people.

Updates again later after we get time to do more plantings out front & finish the brick/timbers on the front.
