I am getting my garage ready for floor coating, and since I don't shoot golf, I started looking for spiked shoes for the job.

I found these -
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BX1GMC/?tag=atomicindus08-20

for $13 (they have gone up ~$1.30 since I ordered mine) they are the same ones a lot of places sell for ~$19 - $25

Plus - Amazon has super saver shipping for free on orders over $25.

If you have an old pair of shoes, you can make some with a couple of scraps of plywood and some drywall screws.

And orthopedic surgeons around the world are cheering that decision.

In all seriousness be careful those definitely look dangerous.

I wouldn't use those 2" lawn aerator spikes...wildly unstable!

I remember when I was a kid and one of our neighbors bought a pair of those to aerate his lawn when he mowed it. He lifted his knees us during each step and looked like a cat wearing socks! :lol_hitti
