I got 25.5" long laid out flat. If you have space requirements in your box, storing it with the head flexed up brings the length down to 23.5"

I used it to turn a crank bolt and that's it. As such, it is in NEW condition. I went hunting for flaws, the only one being some light scuffs on the head. Pictures of the head above shows the best of it. I'm talkin' LIGHT scuff.
Handle is in impeccable condition, the ratcheting action does not feel broken in at all.
