Hi,
I have this Craftsman thread restoring kit:
http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00942275000P?prdNo=6&blockNo=6&blockType=G6
My friend has the Snap On kit:
http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item...&group_ID=1148&store=snapon-store&dir=catalog
Both kits look exactly the same to me and I'm wondering if some of the forum members would know...
At the moment, I used my Craftsman M8x1.25mm tap to restore a bolt hole on the caliper bracket on my Dodge 2500, and it broke off flush. Man I am pissed right now.
Another day that my truck will be down.
I would buy the Snap On set if it was indeed better. Thanks for reading my post.
