HaHa gotcha!!! Amidst all the drama of the big(er) shop build I picked up a small 10 X 12 tractor barn for the wife's John Deer, garden implements and the like. I keep telling her garages are made for MY cars and TOOLS!!!

They started at about 10:00 this morning, and got a little further along than this today. They're supposed to be back tomorrow morning for roofing and siding. I just want to know why my big project can't go like this!?!?

Of course, I made sure to fix up her new domain some first. They finished the whole thing last Saturday, and we painted the floor with some Sherwinn Williams porch/deck paint I've had good luck with. Did 2 coats of primer and 3 coats of paint. It's got a good finish that will now allow me to wipe up any residue without it working into the plywood of the floor. Added a couple of baker's racks from Sam's, about 8' of Gladiator Gear Hangers for the shovels and rakes and implements of destruction (name that reference!). Aside from removing the genreal clutter, I was VERY happy to remove our supply of domestic gasoline OUTside the house AND my shop.

Here's the finished product:

My garage is almost done, and I can't wait to buy / build a shed. Even a 10x8 will help! Lawn mower, snow blower, bikes, garden ****. Of course the wife is all afraid that the bikes will rust in the shed vs the garage.
Was this a kit? Looks great, esp the floor!

Thanks! It was a kit we bought and had put up from these folks:

One thing I would recommend though, we started looking at 10X8's, and I am happy to say we bumped up to 10X12. It's like a shop, if you think you can live with 10X8 then PLAN on a 10X16 :lol_hitti

Comparing to what most of us are paying per square foot of shop space, the cost is negligable, and you can think of it as investment in keeping the flotsam/jetsam outta your space!!!
