Man! i love there Internet service department! Im sure others have had the same thing done to them, but i emailed S/O asking about a rebuild kit for a SF720(compact 1/2'' in a 3/8'' body with hard handle),cover plate, gear, everything the works! and i asked them how i could replace my fm711(compact 3/8'' in 1/4'' body, with a flex head) since it was bent at the flex point, they said they said my order was processed once i gave them the information. Yesterday i get a 3lb package in the mail from snap on, and am thinking a repair kit and maybe a replacement fm711( which is a fcf72 now) wieghs 3lbs? I open it up and I didnt get the repair kit which is no biggie but they sent me a SH80A & a FCF72! im like WTF!!!!!!!!!!!! but it doesnt say anything about sending my ratchets back. i dont have a pic of the fcf72 but here is the sh80a! i am so happy they sent me these lovely ratchets. I never bought a dual 80 1/2'' because i thought they were spendy but heck ill take a free one!!!!! i think i am going to write them back saying how good there customer service is!

Their service is amazing, I definitely agree with that. I've never run into a company that takes such good care of their customers before. I'm really worried people will take advantage of it and then it will go away. I did the same thing you did with a busted hammer once and a pin punch another time. In both cases I got brand new items shipped to me. (I did render the old hammer unusable and dispose of the broken punch as they requested.) Excellent company.

Anyways, good deal, nice to know that I won't be dreading having to contact them if I need to.

No sweet talking involved, the customer service is just that damn good!

I also wonder how they do not get idiots abusing the service....I guess they keep track of who gets what and if you get greedy they may get suspicious?:headscrat

They do keep track. The local used tool store was abusing the system and now they no longer warranty stuff for him.

LUV EM!!!! Broke the head off a driver, called them to arrange a replacement, they sent the replacement but it was the wrong size (too large) they sent the proper replacement the next day and told me to keep the larger size. Customer service doesn't get much better IMO!

Yes it is a mac book pro, it is the 15'' 2.2 i7, i lovee it! even tho im still trying to get used to iphoto and other litttle things on here

Yet another GREAT phone call to SO.....new bit drivers, lady replaced them with the new style pressed in gold ones (they were the old screw/pinned in ones).
Not only did she speak English, but killed time with me talking about the snow/Irene we got here in VT.....I am slowly converting a lot of my stuff simply for the customer service from SO!:bowdown:
