Here's my latest project. I have a 1969 Lincoln IdealARC TIG 300/300. It's a huge heavy thing. It makes the most beautiful ARC.
The structure is 2x2 square tubing. It has 6" locking casters. On the front, you can just see the foot pedal storage on the lower right. There's a hook for the foot pedal cable, then a set of hangars for the ground wire, a set of hangars for the main TIG lines and at the top, a place to hang the torch. The top is plywood with Maple trim painted black.
From the side view, you can see where the Bernard Cooler fits and the slide out box for ARC rod and other misc stuff. The tool box has all my TIG torch tips, etc. The black vertical tube next to the bottle is a holder for TIG rod that tilts out on a hinge for access to the wire.
